کچھ لوگوں کو پھولوں اور پودوں کا بہت شوق ہوتا ہے، وہ اپنے گھر کو پودوں سے بھر دیتے ہیں۔ یہ ان کے شوق کی تکمیل کے ساتھ ساتھ ان کے گھر کو سر سبز و ہرا بھرا بھی رکھتے ہیں۔
کینیڈا کے شہر ٹورنٹو میں بھی ایک خاتون ایسے گھر میں بڑی ہوئیں جہاں پودے ہی پودے تھے۔ وہ بتاتی ہیں میری والدہ کو پودوں کا بے انتہا شوق تھا۔ ہمارے چھوٹے سے گھر میں 70 سے زائد مختلف اقسام کے پودے تھے۔
جب وہ الگ گھر میں منتقل ہوئیں تو انہوں نے بھی اپنے گھر میں سبزہ لگانے کا سوچا اور انہیں کی والدہ نے کچھ پودے گفٹ بھی کیے۔ لیکن مناسب دیکھ بھال نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے جلد ہی پودے مرجھا گئے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ وہ چونکہ زیادہ تر سفر میں رہتی تھیں اور ان کے گھر میں جانور بھی تھے لہٰذا وہ سمجھ گئیں کہ وہ اپنے گھر میں پودے نہیں رکھ سکتیں۔
لیکن اس کا انہوں نے ایک انوکھا حل نکال لیا۔ انہوں نے نہایت ننھے منے پودے خود سے بنانے شروع کردیے۔
اس کے لیے انہوں نے کاغذ اور چکنی مٹی کا استعمال کیا اور نہ صرف منی ایچر پودے بلکہ بلکہ پورے پورے مناظر تخلیق کر ڈالے۔ ان کے اس فن کو جلد ہی پسند کیا جانے لگا اور لوگوں نے ان سے منی ایچر پودے خردینے شروع کردیے۔
